Martine MIEL
My professional journey over the last thirty years has taken me through different fields of social, clinical and grass roots community work driven by the motivation to understand the experiences of others and be part of helping to make change possible in our lives. Today, I work as a Staff Counsellor and Well being practitioner at an NHS Trust having professionally trained in integrative psychotherapy and Group facilitation. I have been drawn to working with communities and individuals with lived experiences of trauma in different settings, and I have had the opportunity to witness the powerfully positive effects of different types of interventions that can change a person’s life and help guide them back to wellness and into different futures. I am passionate about supporting individuals, groups and teams to work together through differences and challenges, leading to healthier organisational cultures, improved working environments and more compassionate relationships.
Through my own personal journey of health recovery, I have found deep healing in nature, and natural settings have provided me space for connection, unconditional support and a return to wholeness. I am excited to be able to offer some of the Landing Space’s programmes in surroundings away from the workplace, including in nature, that will provide the conditions for different kinds of conversations, restorative experiences and meaningful change.

Asalet TULAZ
I am a Staff Wellbeing Consultant and accredited BACP counsellor. My professional journey has brought together over 15 years of experience in leadership, organisational development, counselling, and staff wellbeing across the NHS, charities, specialist support services. I specialise in staff wellbeing strategy, trauma-informed organisational practice and leadership development.
What particularly inspires me is the intersection between human connection and evidence-based practice. Rather than relying on quick fixes or wellbeing trends, I combine scientific evidence with a deep understanding of organisational realities to create meaningful interventions that strengthen resilience, prevent burnout, improve psychological safety, and support sustainable performance.
At the heart of my work lies a simple belief: wellbeing is not an individual responsibility alone. It is shaped by the cultures, systems, and relationships that surround us.
